Where does your furniture come from?
Much of our furniture is imported from Scandinavian. However, we do not limit ourselves to the shores of Northern Europe. Viking Trader's collection of furniture comes from a variety of factories located around the world. Many of our best sources are located close to home in the U.S. and Canada.

Do you offer delivery of the furniture I buy?
Yes. In order to ensure the highest level of service and reliability, we operate our own delivery trucks, staffed by well trained, courteous Viking Trader employees.

Do I have to assemble the furniture myself?
No. While some furniture requires assembly, our staff will do all this for you at no additional charge.

Can you help me take away my old furniture?
Yes. For a small fee (usually $25), we will help with the removal of the furniture we are replacing. It is best to arrange for this service ahead of time.

What are my payment options?
We do require a deposit be made on all orders, with final payment due upon pick up or delivery. We accept all major credit cards and also offer a 6 month deferred interest payment option. Please ask one of our sales associates for full details.

What is your return policy?
All stock items returned in new condition within 15 days of purchase will receive a full refund. Service related charges are non-refundable once the service has been provided. How can I be notified of upcoming sales?
If you would like to be notified directly, I encourage you to enter your name on our mailing list. By adding your address to our mailing list we will notify you via e-mail of sales and events. We will never sell your personal information to any other source, or use it for any purpose other than to notify you of events and sales at Viking Trader.
